- DOC final determination: July 21, 2025
- ITC final determination: September 4, 2025
- Issuance of tariff order: September 11, 2025 (if both DOC and ITC issue an affirmative final determination)
As of 03/07/2025, Chinese imports of paper-fiber products, including packaging materials, are subject to a combined tariff of 51.38% (45% tariff + 6.38% bond for anti-subsidy).
