Built to Manufacture. Built to Supply. Built to Scale.

AMS•COMPOSTABLE is a direct manufacturer of compostable foodservice packaging, established in 2014 to support distributors, national brands, and institutions that require reliable, container-scale supply.

We don’t operate as a reseller or broker. Our focus is on manufacturing discipline, consistent specifications, and long-term supply programs—designed for buyers who plan in containers, not pallets.

US Leadership with Global Manufacturing Capability

AMS•COMPOSTABLE is a U.S.-led company with headquarters in Florida and Texas, serving foodservice distribution programs across the United States and select international markets.

From day one, our mission has been clear:
to manufacture compostable foodservice packaging that meets real operational demands—at scale.

Today, we support distributors, brands, and institutions that value:

-Predictable production

-Stable supply chains

-Repeatable container programs

Our Manufacturing Model

Our manufacturing is organized around three core product programs, each designed for high-volume, repeat container orders:

Sugarcane Bagasse (SCB)

Molded fiber foodservice packaging manufactured for durability and performance in hot, greasy, and high-moisture food applications.

PLA (Polylactic Acid)

PLA beverage and cutlery programs supporting cold beverages, hot coffee service, lids, and cutlery, manufactured for consistent fit and repeat ordering.

Compostable Bags & Liners (DCB)

Durable compostable bags and liners designed for strength, consistency, and dependable supply across foodservice and institutional accounts.

Each facility is optimized for repeat manufacturing runs, ensuring consistent specifications across container programs.

Sales & Order Structure

Our sales model is intentionally simple and transparent:

*Full container loads only

*Sold exclusively to wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers

*Pricing based on Full Container Load (FCL) and Full Truckload (FTL) rates

*Delivery included at dock/bay level (no unloading or inside labor)

This structure allows us to focus on operational efficiency, pricing stability, and long-term supply relationships.

Container-Level Economics

Container-Level Economics

By manufacturing directly and selling at container volume, we offer pricing driven by supply-chain efficiency, not layered markups.

Our model supports distributor margins by:

Reducing intermediary costs
Stabilizing per-unit pricing
Enabling repeatable forecasting and production planning
We believe competitive pricing comes from manufacturing control, not promotional tactics.

Certifications and Compliance

Certifications and Compliance

Our products are designed to meet applicable compostability standards, including ASTM D6400 and ASTM D6868, where relevant.

Select product categories also meet OK Home Compost requirements.

All certifications and documentation are provided by SKU and program, based on customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Private Label & Custom Programs

Private Label & Custom Programs

AMS•COMPOSTABLE supports private label and custom programs for distributors and national brands requiring long-term, container-scale supply.

Private label programs are structured around:

  • Repeat container orders
  • Defined specifications
  • Annual volume commitments
  • Minimums typically apply (starting at three containers per program).

Our Track Record: Over 10 Years of Container-Scale Manufacturing
